It’s plain white from afar during the day but when the sun goes down, it will light up as a world-first,state-of-the-art lighting system presents a 40-storey high lightshow. The called it Southern Star Observation Wheel and it is located at 101 Waterfront Way Melbourne Docklands Victoria,  Australia. With almost four kilometres of LED lights dancing in the dark, the Southern Star dramatically commands Melbourne’s attention with this illuminating digital colour display and stunning visual effects every night.
